Malaga – Grand luxury in southern Spain. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a view over the town and the coast. In the enclosed area you will find a wonderful pool-area, which is open for those staying in the apartment. The apartment is 109 m2, which is divided into a large living room with dining area, in the living area there is a TV and radio with CD player, a modern kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave. In the outdoor utility room in connection with the exit from the kitchen, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. A small toilet connected to the living room and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms all with double beds, two of them have their own access to the terrace. There are 2 bathrooms - one of which is directly connected to one bedroom and both with bath tubs. With the 127 m2 large terrace that curves around the apartment, there is a real opportunity to enjoy the lovely climate found in this part of Spain, with sunshine 300 days a year. On the terrace there are possibilities for sunbathing and a newly purchased barbecue. There are 3 awnings that can be operated with a remote control if you wish protection from the sun. When staying in this apartment, you have the opportunity to pay for final cleaning and rental of bed linen etc. via our supervisor. The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground car park with direct access to the elevator up to the apartment. Just below is a nudist beach but on both sides of the area there are fine sandy beaches, one with direct access from the pool area through a small gate. Benalmadena has a town center with lots of restaurants and shops. A cable car leads up to the top of the mountain where there is a magnificent view. A marina where there is room for 1000 boats and all kinds of water sports. There are also several golf courses in the immediate area. |
